The most successful advisor plans to retire.  None of his friends, family, or colleagues dares to take over his overly abundant position.  He decides to give it all away.  Concealed in a briefcase, left on a sidewalk,  one person can have it all.  Or, simply put the briefcase back where it was found.

She grabs a branch from a tree with leaves to paint a canvas. She uses kool-aid for the color paint. 
She gets a guitar. Spray paints the neck to the canvas. 
Takes a picture to send it to the manager. 
"Hey, kid! Do you want a guitar?"
